At Dossier EU, we want you to find your perfect scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all orders if you are not completely satisfied. Every full-size bottle comes with a sample vial to test before opening the main packaging, ensuring a risk-free fragrance experience.

Return Process

  Test Your Sample

  Before opening the full-size fragrance bottle, use the included 2ml sample vial to experience the scent on your skin throughout the day.

  Initiate Your Return

  If the scent isn't for you, visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and postal code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unopened full-size bottle in its original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
